But I just read through some of them and they are quite good, and partially sad. Like last New Years vowing to stay friends forever with people I don't even talk to now.
Life since I last posted hasn't changed much. I went to Florida with my school's music department for a competition and a bit of fun. It was great.

Today's the first day of spring break. I can't really call it break though, because when school ends college visiting begins. I'm visiting a bunch of colleges and interviewing at two - one of which I don't want to go to. I'm interviewing at Wellesley, an all women's college, which I do not want to go to. But my dad has his heart set on sending me to a women;s college, so "we" (As in my parents) decided to "keep my options open." whatever.

I'm not sure when I'll get the chance to post back here again. I guess part of the reason I didn't post for a long time was because there was nothing to post about. Not that stuff didn't happen - because it did - but nothing major. No real drama. So life's pretty much okay. Except for my AP Exams and the SATs.

So fresh so clean. I decided when I got back from Florida that I was going to be anew, nicer person. I'm kind of starting over, but not really. Just trying to be a nicer and friendlier person. So that's where the title and layout come from. And also it's almost spring which means it's almost summer!

No pressure, but ...

Well, I thought that things would be slowing down now that the AP is over. I guess I was wrong; things are speeding up. The Regents are fast approaching. Physics, math, US History, English ... I'm getting a tutor for math because I don't know anything (And some other things but that's a twenty minute rant that I don't feel like typing). Drivers ed does end next week but I have to buckle down and study not only for Regents but also for the ACTs, two (possibly three) SAT IIs. So things might be a bit quiet around here for a while.
On another note - It used to be that you had to be 17 or older to give blood. There's a new law that you can be 16 if you have written parental consent. So I think, well kind of know, that I'm giving blood June 2. I'm very excited! (I don't know why).

Thank God It's Over

I just took the AP US History exam. They had a Jewish fundraiser thing going on and for a couple hours they had rotating acts performing in front of the student center. Everything from guitar to comedy to belly dancing. And everyone was so friendly! So my top three right now are Brandeis, Vassar, and U of R.
I ate absolutely nothing today save dinner - penne alfredo. I don't know what happened; I wasn't hungry. And after about half my pasta I felt full.

Boston Marathon

I just got back from three days of college visits. Three in the Boston area and then one in Connecticut. I have to say that I really like Brandeis. I visited Vassar earlier and I really liked that one too. The other ones were all okay. The only one I kind of had negative feelings for was Tufts, a little too stuffy and not relaxed enough.
I had two interviews, one at an all women's college which I really don't want to go to. It sounds like a really good school and I like it, but I'm not too keen on the all women's thing. The interview went really well though. I also interviewed at Connecticut College. That was okay, I'm not sure how it went. It was the last one we saw so I was kind of tired and I think I spoke in monotone. But - coincidently - there was a kid from my school on the tour. He's in two of my classes and although I'm not really friends with him we both know each other. He's a funny guy. His girlfriend's a sophomore and I have math with her. At least I hope it's his girlfriend - they make out every day in front of my math room.

My guidance counselor says I will definitely get into Brandeis, which is good. It's kind of sad though, leaving high school.
